Purity Golden Dawn

INGREDIENTS
2 oz / 6 cl Purity Connoisseur 51 Reserve Vodka
3/4 oz / 2 cl fresh lemon juice
1/2 oz / 1.5 cl honey syrup (recipe below)
1/4 oz / 1 cl egg white

Honey Syrup Recipe:
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup water

In a small saucepan, combine honey and water. Heat over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the honey is fully dissolved into the water (about 3-4 minutes). Remove from heat and let it cool. Store the syrup in a sealed container in the refrigerator for up to one month.

METHOD
In a shaker, combine Purity Connoisseur 51 Reserve, lemon juice, honey syrup, and egg white. Dry shake (without ice) to create a frothy foam, then add ice and shake again until well-chilled. Strain into a chilled coupe glass, allowing the foam to form a smooth layer on top. Enjoy the smooth, warming flavors with a touch of frothy elegance in this Nordic-inspired cocktail.
