LEMON VODKA SPRITZ
The tradition of enjoying a lemon spritzer along the Amalfi Coast dates back generations, rooted in the region's rich history and abundant lemon groves. The Amalfi lemons, known locally as "Sfusato Amalfitano," have long been prized for their intense aroma and vibrant flavor. These lemons have been cultivated on the terraced hillsides overlooking the Mediterranean for centuries, their zest and juice forming the heart of many local recipes, including the beloved spritzer.

Ingredients
2 oz Purity Citron
3 oz Prosecco
1 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice
Ice cubes
Lemon slices for garnish
Fresh mint leaves (optional)
Method
Fill a large wine glass or highball glass with ice cubes to chill it. Pour 2 oz of Purity Citron over the ice. Add 1 oz of freshly squeezed lemon juice to the glass, stirring gently to mix. Slowly pour in 3 oz of Prosecco, allowing the bubbles to settle before topping off. Garnish with a slice of lemon and a sprig of fresh mint if desired. Give the drink a gentle stir, and it’s ready to enjoy.
