INGREDIENTS
2 oz / 6 cl Purity Old Tom 34 Organic Gin
3/4 oz / 2 cl fresh lemon juice
1/2 oz / 1.5 cl Rose syrup
1/4 oz / 0.5 cl raspberry liqueur (for color and subtle sweetness)
Ice

Rose Syrup Recipe:
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup water
1/4 cup dried edible rose petals or 2-3 tablespoons rose water
Optional: A few drops of pink food coloring

In a small saucepan, combine sugar, water, and rose petals. Heat over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the sugar fully dissolves (about 3-4 minutes). Reduce heat and simmer gently for 5-7 minutes to infuse the syrup with rose flavor. If using rose water, add it after removing the syrup from heat. For a pink hue, stir in food coloring. Strain out the rose petals and store the syrup in a sealed container in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.

METHOD
In a shaker filled with ice, combine Purity Old Tom Gin, lemon juice, rose syrup, and raspberry liqueur. Shake vigorously until well-chilled, then strain into a coupe glass.
