INGREDIENTS
2 oz / 6 cl Purity Navy Strength 34 Organic Gin
1 oz / 3 cl fresh lime juice
3/4 oz / 2 cl cucumber juice
1/2 oz / 1.5 cl simple syrup
1/4 oz / 0.5 cl egg white (for froth)*
Fresh basil leaves, for garnish

Simple Syrup Recipe:
Combine equal parts sugar and water (e.g., 1 cup sugar and 1 cup water) in a small saucepan. Heat over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the sugar fully dissolves. Remove from heat and let cool. Store in a sealed container in the refrigerator for up to one month.

*: If you prefer not to use egg white for creating foam, opt for a cocktail foaming product as an alternative to achieve the same frothy texture.

METHOD
Combine Purity Navy Strength Gin, fresh lime juice, cucumber juice, simple syrup, and egg white in a shaker without ice and shake vigorously to emulsify.
