Ingredients
2 parts Purity Estate 17 Edition Vodka
1 part fresh lime juice
1 part simple syrup
3-4 slices of cucumber
Cucumber slices or lime wheel, for garnish
Method
In a cocktail shaker, muddle the cucumber slices to release their flavor and juices. Add vodka, fresh lime juice, simple syrup, and a handful of ice cubes to the shaker.
Shake the mixture vigorously for about 15-20 seconds to chill the drink and blend the flavors. Strain the cocktail into a chilled coupe glass. Optionally, garnish the drink with a cucumber slice.
