The Nordic Basil Fizz is a refreshing blend of Purity Signature 34 Edition Vodka, zesty citrus, and fresh basil, topped with a silky egg white foam. This clean and invigorating cocktail is ideal for any time of day, offering both refreshing flavors and a smooth, frothy texture.

INGREDIENTS
2 oz / 6 cl Purity Nordic London Dry 34 Organic Gin
3/4 oz / 2 cl fresh lime juice
1/2 oz / 1.5 cl simple syrup
1/4 oz / 1 cl egg white
Fresh basil leaf, for garnish

METHOD
In a shaker, combine Purity Signature 34 Edition Vodka, lime juice, simple syrup, and egg white. Dry shake (without ice) to create a frothy foam, then add ice and shake again until well-chilled. Strain into a coupe glass, allowing the egg white foam to form a layer on top. Garnish with a fresh basil leaf.
