Club soda, to top
Edible flower or dehydrated orange wheel, for garnish

METHOD
In a highball glass filled with ice, combine Purity Signature 34 Edition Vodka, cranberry juice, elderflower syrup, and grapefruit juice. Stir gently, then top with club soda.
