Ingredients
1.5 oz / 4.5 cl Purity Old Tom Organic Gin
1 oz / 3 cl sweet vermouth
1/4 oz / 1 cl maraschino liqueur
2 dashes orange bitters
Lemon twist, for garnish

Method
In a mixing glass, combine Purity Old Tom Gin, sweet vermouth, maraschino liqueur, and bitters. Fill with ice and stir until well-chilled. Strain into a chilled coupe or Nick and Nora glass.
