1/2 oz / 1.5 cl simple syrup
Crushed ice

Combine equal parts sugar and water (e.g., 1 cup sugar and 1 cup water) in a small saucepan. Heat over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the sugar fully dissolves. Remove from heat and let cool. Store in a sealed container in the refrigerator for up to one month.

METHOD
