INGREDIENTS
2 oz / 6 cl Purity Signature 34 Edition Organic Vodka
1/2 lime, cut into wedges
1/2 oz / 1.5 cl simple syrup
Crushed ice

METHOD
In a rocks glass, muddle the lime wedges with simple syrup to release the juice and oils. Fill the glass with crushed ice, add Purity Signature 34 Edition Vodka, and stir gently to combine.
